MF Hydra's propulsion systems consists of hydrogen and electric, thus making this one of the most environmentally friendly ferry in the world.
This is the first hydrogen ship to be approved by Norwegian Maritime Authority, Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) and DNV.
MF Hydra is the winner of "Ship of the year" 2021 in Skipsrevyen.
